Program Design, Implementation and Management

During her years in commercial managed care and quality of life programs with defense contractors, Ms. Chamberlain has provided program design, service delivery approaches, quality measures and people management.

Provider Network Development

Ms. Chamberlain’s work within the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) industry in large Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, the Veteran’s Administration, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency (SAMHSA) and small commercial systems includes provider network development, management, customer recovery and outcomes measures.

Contracts and Proposal Management

Intelligence gathering, business development, proposal writing and management are an ongoing part of Ms. Chamberlain’s seasoned business activities within both commercial service delivery and defense contracting industries.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ms. Chamberlain has managed programs that required data delivery to Joint Accreditation of Hospital Organizations (JACHO), National Committee on Quality Accreditation (NCQA) and Department of Defense (DoD) Quality Control Programs (QCP).

Technical Tool Informatics

During her work with Managed Care Organizations (MCO’s) and Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, Ms. Chamberlain provided key service delivery indicators and design to inform clinical care management electronic database tools.

Clinical and Peer Methodology

Ms. Chamberlain’s work encompasses both clinical behavioral health programs methodology and substance abuse peer program planning requiring design, training, service delivery and outcomes approaches.

Community Counseling, Speaker and Writer

Via work within the managed care and substance use disorder industries plus her work in the work-life wellbeing and employee assistance field, Ms. Chamberlain has written numerous articles and blog posts for internal and external customers and consumers.

Service Delivery, Facility and Call Center

Ms. Chamberlain’s early career involved both service delivery and call center support and team management within hospital, managed care and defense contractor settings.

Commercial and Department of Defense (DoD)

Via work with the defense industry, Ms. Chamberlain has worked directly with senior leadership, program management, contract representatives, clinical and non-clinical teams in the CONUS and OCONUS to provide program services to the US Army, US National Guard, the US Marine Corps and the Veteran’s Administration in addition to commercial hospital, managed care, employee assistance, and addiction medicine organizations.
